Recommendations for using the Family Portal

  1. As there are a number of fields to complete, we recommend using a larger screen device, e.g. a PC, laptop or notebook.
  2. Supported web browsers are: Edge (latest version); Safari and Google Chrome (latest version).

The portal will timeout after 20 minutes. Your application will be saved each time the 'next/continue' button is selected. If a timeout occurs you will need to login again to continue with your application.
