| C | Name of Site | Used where the property has a name rather than a number |

| I/J | Easting and Northing | Ordnance Survey map coordinates |
| K | SCC Interest - Type of Tenure | Provide a summary of the council's interest in the property |
| L | Occupied by SCC | Whether the council occupies the property |
| M | Ground Lease | Whether the council pays for or has granted a Ground Lease |
| N | Leasehold | Whether the council leases the property to a third party |
| O | Licence | Whether the council has granted a licence |
| P | Vacant | |
| Q | Sublet | Whether the council sublets the property to a third party |
| R | Further Ownership Details | Further details |
| S | Land Only | Whether the property is land only (with no building other than temporary structures) |
We publish the data in two formats:
- The PDF makes it easier for you to read or print the data
- The CVS format allows you to analyse and sort the data in the spreadsheet software package of your choice.
