Billing
You will be billed annually for your allotment plot with invoices being sent out on the 1st April each year.
If you are a new tenant, your bill will be sent out on the first April following the commencement of your tenancy. This first invoice will consist of a full years rent for the year ahead as well as any fees due from the previous year of your tenancy (where your tenancy was started mid-way through the year).
If you are eligible to pay water bills for your plot, then these will be sent out in April for the previous year.
