Garden waste

Subscriptions are now open for garden waste collections in 2025.

The cost is an annual one-off payment of £38.50 per brown bin. This cost is for 17 scheduled collections between March and November 2025.

Information about subscriptions:

You can subscribe to the service from 21 January 2025 to 31 August 2025
You can subscribe up to 4 bins at an additional cost of £38.50 per bin. Every bin needs its own subscription for it to be collected
If your property doesn't have a brown bin and you are subscribing for the first time, the cost of £38.50 includes your subscription fee and delivery of a brown bin. The bin will be delivered within 14 working days of you subscribing
When subscribed, you will receive confirmation and a sticker will be posted out to you. Place the sticker on the brown bin, under the handles.
Please do not present your garden waste bin at the kerbside until it is your brown bin collection day. Find out when your next bin collection day is.

The Garden Waste Collection Service enables you to recycle your garden waste, turning it into mulch or soil conditioner.
