Active Sunderland Healthy Lifestyles Programme

When it comes to eating well and being active, little changes can add up to make a big difference. The Active Sunderland Healthy Lifestyles Programme helps families to make healthy changes. They offer a range of support including:

  • Help and advice on maintaining a healthy weight  
  • Advice on food groups, portion sizes, junk foods, affordable healthy recipes and healthy snack making ideas 
  • Ideas on how to be more active with fun exercises and activities families can do at home or outdoors  
  • Regular 1 to 1 meetings and calls to provide ongoing support and to help monitor progress
