Building cleaning

Our building cleaning team delivers a high quality cleaning function in a wide variety of buildings across the city. We provide routine and specialist cleaning services, which are tailored to meet the specific requirements of our customers.

Routine cleaning services:

• Refuse removal
• Cleaning of hard and soft floors, including routine maintenance
• Dusting of fixtures and fittings
• Cleaning of sanitary facilities
• Damp wipe of furniture and work surfaces

Specialist cleaning services:

• Carpet and upholstery cleaning
• Sealing of wood floors
• Cleaning of blinds
• Window cleaning
• High level cleaning of fixtures and fittings
• Computer cleaning services
• Builders clean following alteration work or refurbishments
• Cleaning of extraction fans in catering premises
• Provision of barrier matting
• Key holding
• Technical cleaning advice and staff training
• Rapid Response Team to deal with emergencies, including fire and flood damage
