Personal Search

Anyone can carry out a Personal Search of the Local Land Charges Register, free of charge.

To carry out a Personal Search, you should email Land.Charges@sunderland.gov.uk with the address of the property or piece of land along with a location plan.

A copy of the register entries will be returned to you via email.

If you choose to undertake a personal search, we cannot guarantee that you will interpret the available information completely.
