Sunderland Council Housing Service

Sunderland City Council are a registered provider of social housing. Sunderland Council Housing Service manage a number of affordable homes throughout Sunderland. Our aim is to provide housing in the city for those in housing need.

As a provider of social housing Sunderland Council Housing Service are open and transparent about how we operate, and the service we deliver. Please see our housing strategy and policies.

To apply for a Sunderland Council Housing Service home you must be active on the Council Housing Register. To apply you must complete the housing application form.

We love to hear from our tenants, your feedback is important to us and helps to make improvements in the service we offer to you. Please tell us what you think of our service.
