To access this form you will need the reference number that we sent to you in the renewal email.

The reference number is unique to your application, please do not try and use a reference number from a different Private Hire vehicle licence, or a reference number that has been sent to somebody else.

The reference number consists of 13 characters and is made up of both letters and numbers, the form is case sensitive, so please input this into the form using capital letters

Before you apply...

You will need to have access to a debit or credit card to make an online payment as part of the application process.

You will also need to upload a copy of the insurance certificate or cover note for the vehicle (not a schedule), and a copy of the MOT test certificate (provided as part of your vehicle inspection)
