Cilla bio

Priscilla Isabella is my name. Such a big title for such a little girl at 5 foot 1 inch. I am really only 5 foot but adding that 1 inch made me feel tall. I was educated in an all-girls' school and have lived through all the snowy winters and lovely summers. Childhood was wonderful. I had brothers and sisters and a mam and dad. What more could anyone want? I came out of school and studied fashion and design and drama. At present I am a member of the S.V.P. ( St. Vincent de Paul). The St Vincent de Paul Society (England & Wales) is part of an international Christian voluntary network dedicated to tackling poverty in all its forms by providing practical assistance to people in need. 10,000 members, motivated by their faith, visit vulnerable or isolated people across England and Wales and offer them friendship and practical support. The essence of our work is person-to-person contact and spending time with people is our greatest gift. I visit the sick and the elderly, some of whom are much younger than myself, but we must try to bring joy to anyone who is lonely or sick. It is always lovely to hear their memories. They love a dance and a little sing song and some attention. I am looking forward to learning new skills as a community reporter."
