Who is this course for?

For employers with a specific need for numeracy skills in your workplace who want to enable employees to develop specific skills, tailored to the need in the sector.

What will I learn on the course?

Specific maths modules are tailored around skills gaps to equip participants with immediate maths skills to aid performance and promotion in the workplace. Tool kits and teaching sessions have been developed to work through real life work situations. In addition to workshops one-to-one advice sessions are offered with our tutors.

How will I learn?

Your tutor will work with you to create an unique Individual Learner Plan (ILP) which will help identify personal learning targets. Working to set goals and milestone targets to enable learner development. There will be continuous assessment to ensure learner understanding and there is no exam at the end of the course.

What next, after the course?

You could progress onto functional skills maths or employability courses.
