Complaints and representations

COVID-19 Update

We will attempt to handle any complaints through our normal processes but we may not be able to meet our usual timescales for response, as you will appreciate officers and resources are being deployed to ensure the council's vital services remain in operation.

Whilst priority will be given to complaints that relate to Safeguarding or Social Care, pleased be assured that all complaints will be logged.

Please note that complaints regarding changes to services because of the outbreak of Covid-19 will be logged but may not be necessarily be eligible for consideration under the complaints procedure.
